Tamala system a.s. is a Czech manufacturing company with know-how in mechanical engineering, offering a portfolio of products and services in the field of supply of technological equipment for the chemical, petrochemical, heating, energy and railway industries. The production plant, which is located in Horní Slavkov, has a long tradition of manufacturing heat exchangers, tanks, storage tanks, single-purpose production equipment, columns, coolers, separators, preheaters, heaters, condensers, economizers, ash discharges, reactors, tanks and spare parts for the above mentioned industries such as furnace louvers, burners, shutter seats, incl. In addition to the above, the following items are also available for use: furnace burners, incl. baffles, separate tube bundles for heat exchangers, thermowells, filters with metal fabric, parts of curved shells, etc. We also provide disassembly and assembly of all these products and parts.

Air and liquid heat exchangers, horizontal to vertical, with two-pass or multi-pass heating.

We manufacture condensers for evaporation of liquid phase with heat sharing according to customer standards and requirements with two-pass or multi-pass heating. The location of condenser heat exchangers can be in horizontal and vertical position. Different types of condensers (fin, plate, etc.) are manufactured in tubular design, consisting of a shell (cylindrical, rectangular) containing a bundle of tubes in a tube. The differential expansion of the shell and tubes can then be eliminated either by a temperature expansion compensator on the shell of the exchanger, or by U-shaped heat exchanger tubes for clean liquids (difficult to clean) or floating heads that can be independently elongated with temperature changes.

We manufacture capacitors from a variety of materials depending on the environment and media. Capacitor design can be with fixed tube, floating head, U-tubes. These designs can include jacketed compensators, clad tube, etc., including the installation of various types of baffles to increase efficiency. We also supply separate individual heat exchanger parts e.g. tube bundle (straight or U-tubes) with clad tubing, baffle. The tube-tube joint can be strength welded, strength rolled or a combination of both. The condenser is supplied with complete accompanying documentation with all required approvals and tests, including a pressure equipment passport.

Pressure vessels designed for the transport of hazardous substances.

Tanks used for transporting hazardous substances are manufactured for railway wagons with built-in heating, cooling, mixing gear, status signs, filters, measuring and monitoring equipment, floats, bulkheads, etc., according to standards (RID regulations, except LPG) and customer requirements. The tanks are cylindrical, straight or with a slope towards the centre. The gradient is up to 2°.We also supply the tanks with ladders, flanges and hatches.

To ensure the inner surface is as smooth as possible, it is thoroughly cleaned of welding residues and other impurities. The surface of the inner surface of the tank is sanded or polished, in accordance with the requirements to maintain the quality of the transported media and the possibility of possible corrosion-promoting contamination. The surface treatment of the external surface of the tanks, after cleaning, may be painting, pickling and passivation for austenitic steels, etc. The delivery of the tanks includes complete accompanying documentation with all required approvals and tests, including a passport in the case of pressure equipment.

Pressure thick-walled vessels for ash removal from boilers.

For the heating industry, we produce, among others, ash pressure outlets for continuous removal and collection of combustion gases from the combustion area according to customer standards and requirements, to prevent fumes from sticking to the heat exchanger tubes and, on the contrary, to reduce the laboriousness of boiler cleaning. Ash discharges are thick-walled pressure vessels placed vertically on legs or feet. Economizers with built-in tubular auger multi-pass exchanger, with bottom common tube collector for waste heat recovery according to customer standards and requirements. The economizer is composed of bundles of tubes through which the heated medium flows. The material is used according to the environment and media requirements. The economizer is flanged and placed on legs or feet in front of the heater, which we also manufacture. Bins, silos used to hold various media in storage or during production processes. We manufacture cylindrical or square, standing or lying in a variety of materials and finishes to customer standards and requirements. We supply silos in single or double skin, above ground or underground. In the case of media storage requiring certain characteristics, the storage tank may have built-in facilities for heating, cooling, mixing, status signs, filters, measuring and monitoring equipment, floats, baffles, etc. We also supply walkways with ladders, footings and hatches for storage tanks. Distillation towers for individual oil fractions with accessories.

We design (calculations) and manufacture complete rectification columns (fractional distillation), used in the chemical and petrochemical industries with all welded internal parts and fixtures for built-in installations according to customer standards and requirements. We also manufacture column accessories such as preheating and reheating where the steam rises into the column, separators required for sufficient separation of components, condensers at the top of the column to cool and liquefy the steam, reboilers (heat exchangers) at the bottom of the columns to exclude liquid, valves, pumps, traps, preheat and collection tanks, catalysts, coolers see our products and spare parts. Internal fittings such as spray distributors (counter-current contact between liquid and vapour phases), cap and screen floors for bubbling vapour overflows with deflagmatator, support grids etc. are installed after anchoring on site. A complete accompanying documentation with all required approvals and tests, including a passport in the case of pressure equipment, is included in the delivery of the column.

In order to ensure a maximum smooth inner surface, a thorough cleaning of welding residues and other impurities is carried out.
