Testing

Tamala system, a.s., carries out the specified CE marking of pressure vessels, inspection of non-separable joints and materials of pressure equipment by tribal employees (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT) and through cooperation (ET, LT). With the products of Tamala system, a.s., we provide technical accompanying documentation, including proof of completeness and completeness, if it is a pressure vessel with a certificate of conformity assessment with the PED directive.

Non-destructive testing of welded joints

Visual inspection (VT) - non-destructive inspection aimed at detecting and evaluating the properties of welded joint surfaces with the naked eye or by means of special instruments or equipment according to ČSN EN ISO 17637.

Capillary testing (PT) - non-destructive inspection to find indications of defects in the surface layers of welded joints according to ČSN EN ISO 3452-1 for non-magnetic or weakly magnetic materials.

Magnetic powder testing (MT) - non-destructive inspection to find indications of defects in the surface layers of welded joints according to EN ISO 17638 for magnetic materials.

Ultrasonic weld testing (UT) - for detecting internal defects of welded joints according to ČSN EN ISO 17640, suitable for thicknesses of at least 8 mm.

Radiographic testing (RT) - obtaining a permanent image of internal defects of welded joints (permanent recording) from 5 to 32 mm according to ČSN EN ISO 17636-1.

We also measure the hardness of materials and welded joints with a hardness tester and ultrasonic thicknesses.
